Prepare your document for skilled migration visa to Australia in 2022

As a result of the covid impact, there have been numerous changes to the skill migration visa rule. You must be well known about the visa application procedure and its requirements. The first point to remember is that you cannot apply for a visa unless invited by the Department of Home Affairs.

You should not apply for an Australian Skilled Migration Visa until you have fully investigated all of your visa options and considered these key criteria. Three major visas are available under general skilled migration.

Different types of Skilled Migration Visa:

Skilled Independent -189

You can live and work anywhere in Australia with this permanent visa.

Skilled Nominated – 190

A permanent skilled nominated 190 visa  is  available, which requires you to be nominated by a state or territory government and commit to reside and work for two years in the nominating state or territory. If you are nominated, the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) will ask you to submit a visa application right away.

Skilled Regional – 491/191

A permanent visa is available, which requires you to be nominated by a state or territory government and commit to reside and work for two years in the nominating state or territory. If you are nominated, the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) will ask you to submit a visa application right away.
